LESS instruments are single-purpose digital utilities designed for quiet, minimal operation. By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s standard App Store licensing agreements.
1. Single-Purpose Utilities
LESS applications are focused digital instruments designed to perform discrete daily tasks with minimal cognitive and operational overhead. Each instrument is architected to do one task well with the smallest necessary data footprint.
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on authorized Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the software without prior written authorization.
3. Data, Sync & Device Management
Our applications store their content locally. We do not maintain proprietary cloud backups of your content. You are responsible for device access and personal backup routines.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, design system assets, interface concepts, and software code associated with LESS Instruments remain the exclusive property of the developer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or data permanence.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software, service interruptions, or device data loss.
