LESS digital instruments are built with Data Minimalism and Privacy by Design. We do not track, profile, or sell your data. Application content is processed and stored locally on your device.
1. Data Storage & Architecture
By default, our applications operate entirely locally within your device’s secure operating system sandbox.
All information created or stored within any LESS application (including text, codes, images, measurements, or temporary items) remains strictly within your device’s local operating system sandbox.
2. Accounts & Authentication
We do not maintain user accounts, independent databases, proprietary login systems, or marketing mailing lists. Device authentication may be used locally to protect private content.
3. Zero Third-Party Trackers & Advertising
Our applications contain zero third-party behavioral analytics, advertising SDKs, or monetization trackers (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Meta Pixel, no data brokers).
Anonymous, aggregate diagnostic and installation metrics are provided solely by Apple through App Store Connect, subject to your system-level privacy preferences.
4. Device Permissions
When an application requests hardware or operating system permissions, such as camera or photo access, they are requested only in direct response to your explicit action and used solely to fulfill that specific function on-device.
5. Data Retention & Control
Because your data resides on your device, you maintain control over it. Deleting content within the app removes that content; uninstalling the app removes its local data according to iOS behavior.
6. Updates & Inquiries
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform capabilities. Any updates will be published directly to this page.
